Così fan tutte by Mozart Sung in Italian with English synopsis
Iowa City Concert Opera presents a concert version of Mozart’s comic opera, Così fan tutte (So Do They All). Two officers, Ferrando and Guglielmo, are sure that their fiancées Dorabella and Fiordiligi will be true to them no matter what. At the urging of Don Alfonso, a philosopher, and Despina, maid to the two ladies, they play a trick on the women to test their loyalty. Will the ladies remain faithful, or are all women fickle, as Don Alfonso claims? Performed in Italian with English synopsis, this production is presented in partnership with University of Iowa ArtsShare. This production is appropriate for all ages and admission is free.

Iowa City Concert Opera is a company of professional singers, conductors, and pianists, working collaboratively to bring engaging and entertaining opera performances to audiences throughout Iowa. This performance stars Jacqueline Lang (Fiordiligi), Lisa Neher (Dorabella), Mitchell Widmer (Guglielmo), Nicholas Harbeck (Ferrando), Jessica Saunders (Despina), and Jordan Pohlmann (Don Alfonso), conducted by Patrick Zubiate with Tony Nickle, pianist.
